A teacher, writer, and mom, now walking alongside people in full, busy seasons of life as a minimalist coach.
Like so many working parents, I was juggling responsibilities, expectations, and the constant feeling of being stretched thin. Eventually I realized I didn’t want to keep managing all the stuff, physical or mental, that was crowding out what truly mattered.
Through small, consistent shifts, everything began to change. I created space, not just in my home, but in my time, energy, and attention. And in that space, I found something more.
Clarity. Peace. Purpose.
Now, I help others do the same through practical, real-life minimalism. Because this isn’t about perfection or discipline. It’s about intention.
